Employment applications may also include your address, work experience, training, certifications, and resume. We do not collect payment card data through this website.

6. Service Providers & Third Parties

We share information only with the providers that run parts of this website or our business:

• BodyShop Booster runs our contact form, appointment calendar, photo estimates, and text messaging.
• Jotform hosts our employment application. If you apply, the information and files you submit are processed by Jotform and delivered to our team under Jotform's privacy policy.
• Google (Google Analytics and Google Maps) for traffic reporting and showing our location.
• Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity) for session recordings and heatmaps.
• Vercel hosts this website and provides basic traffic and performance reporting.
• Snap Finance handles financing applications. If you apply, you do so on Snap Finance's site, and the information you give them is governed by their privacy policy, not ours.

Each provider processes information under its own privacy policy.

7. AI Assistant

“Sam,” the assistant you can text or call from this website, is an automated artificial intelligence (AI) system provided by BodyShop Booster, not a person. Messages and calls with Sam may be recorded, stored, and reviewed by our staff and by BodyShop Booster to answer your question, schedule your repair, and improve the service. Sam can make mistakes, so please confirm estimates, pricing, and insurance details with our shop directly. Do not share payment card numbers or other sensitive information with Sam. 8. Data Security & Retention

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect business information that we receive. No online system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain information only as long as necessary for scheduling, repair coordination, referral processing, employment consideration, and applicable recordkeeping. Information supplied through third-party services is also subject to those providers' retention practices.

9. Your Rights

You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We will respond within 30 days.

10. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
